SUMMARY The project is an 80 Hectar development that includes a breading area for water animals as well as Water Park with Hotel, retail and entertainment. The site adjacent to the ocean front and is already home for tourism. Project is designed to be a destination that allows guest to experience and enjoy their time daytime and night time for a full 3-4 days stay.
