PROJECT SUMMARY This project is one of the largest master planning efforts I have ever been involved. It is 2600 Hectar and offers multiple hotels, entertainment, Theme park and Water Park, Marina, Golf course and various levels of life style tourism. We were able to create a meaningful master plan that works with the eco system of the site and makes the best use of the land and access points.
