• Organizing and executing presentation materials and packages.

• Establishing and coordinating the completion of Concept Design, Schematic Design and Design Development Packages; with the ability to oversee the Construction Phase and authorize shop drawings with the vast knowledge of tools such as; Form Z, 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD & Photoshop.

• Creating deliverables list and staffing for all phases of design.

• Coordinating all disciplines in the production phases of design, fabrication, construction and installation processes.

• Maintaining the integrity of the project by working directly with clients, local architects, and contractors; meticulously monitoring the design development up to the completion of the project.
